Interpretation
Purity was reported at 99.83% by reversed-phase HPLC, detected at 214 nm and calculated by area normalisation across peptide-related peaks. The chromatogram printed on the certificate is dominated by one sharp peak, which is consistent with that figure. Net peptide content was 10.32 mg against a labelled 10 mg.
Identity was confirmed by HPLC retention-time comparison against a PT-141 reference standard. PT-141 is a cyclic heptapeptide studied at melanocortin receptors. A retention-time match is a different line of evidence from a measured molecular mass, and this certificate reports no mass data. Not covered
No sterility, endotoxin or residual solvent testing was reported. A fentanyl immunoassay screen was run (50 ng/mL cutoff) and returned “Not Detected”. ILS states that the sample name and lot number are supplied by the submitter and are not independently verified.
