What the statuses mean
- ProcessingPaid and queued for packing. Most orders are packed and handed over within one business day.
- Label createdThe carrier has the shipment in its system. Scans usually start the same evening.
- In transitMoving between depots. Canadian lanes are typically one to four business days, longer to the territories.
- DeliveredCarrier has marked the parcel delivered. If it has not arrived, contact us the same day and we will open a trace.
