What a certificate of analysis should show
A certificate is only worth anything if it can be tied to the vial in your hand. It should carry the compound name and lot, the date of the test, the method used (HPLC for purity, mass spectrometry for identity), the measured figure and the laboratory that produced it. Anything vaguer than that is marketing with a letterhead.

No. Everything ExoLabz supplies is for laboratory research only. Nothing here is authorised by Health Canada as a drug, a natural health product, a food, a cosmetic or a medical device, no product carries a DIN or an NPN, and none of it may be administered to humans or animals.
Where do Canadian orders ship from?
From stock held inside Canada. Every parcel travels as a domestic shipment, so there is no customs clearance, no brokerage invoice and no import duty waiting at the other end.
How quickly do orders go out?
Orders placed on a business day are usually packed and handed to the carrier within one business day. Transit after that is typically one to three business days across the prairies, two to four to British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec, three to five to Atlantic Canada, and longer to the territories.

Which taxes are charged?
Sales tax is calculated at the rate of the destination province or territory, so an Alberta address carries 5% GST while an Ontario address carries 13% HST. The amount is shown in the cart and itemised on the receipt.

Do all products have a certificate of analysis?
Not every product page carries one. Certificates for tested batches live on the certificates page, and several product pages show theirs directly. Each vial is matched to its certificate by the colour of its cap and crimp, and testing is third-party HPLC and purity work rather than a single trace.
What does the Purity Guarantee cover?
Send a vial to an independent laboratory yourself. If the result is a purity failure against the published specification, the product is refunded and the cost of that test is reimbursed.
How should vials be stored on arrival?
Lyophilised material is stable through a domestic transit at ambient temperature, which is why these parcels are not shipped cold. Once received, follow the storage conditions given on the product page for that compound.
Something arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
Email support with the order number, the tracking reference and a photo of the vial and packaging within 7 calendar days of delivery. Damaged, leaking or incorrect items are replaced or refunded, and parcels lost in transit are handled under the same policy.
Is there pricing for larger orders?
Yes, and it is automatic. Two to five vials of the same product take 5% off, six or seven take 10%, eight or nine take 15%, and ten or more take 25%. Laboratories with standing requirements can email support to arrange repeat orders.
How often do sold-out compounds come back?
Fast-moving compounds are usually restocked weekly, and support can give the expected date for anything currently showing as restocking.
