On this page
People searching for whether a vendor is legitimate want facts they can check, not reassurance. This page sets out who we are, what we sell and to whom, what we publish, what we deliberately do not do, and the ways you can test each of those statements for yourself before placing an order.
Who we are
ExoLabz is a Canadian company; the legal entity’s location, British Columbia, Canada, appears in the footer of every page. exolabz.ca is our Canadian store, priced in Canadian dollars and shipping only to Canadian addresses from inside Canada. We also run exolabz.co, a separate store for US addresses, priced in US dollars and dispatched from inside the United States. The two sites share the same owner, the same published certificates and the same guarantee terms. The about page says the rest of what we are prepared to say about ourselves; we do not publish founding dates, staff names or headcounts, and we would rather leave those out than pad the page.
What we sell, and to whom
We sell synthetic peptides as lyophilised research materials in sealed glass vials, for laboratory use by researchers. The full list is on the catalogue page: single compounds such as BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, sermorelin and PT-141, the GLP-1, GLP-2 (GLP-1/GIP) and GLP-3 (GLP-1/GIP/Glucagon) research SKUs, and a small number of two-component and multi-component blends sold as one vial with the composition stated. Each product page gives the label quantity in milligrams; the label figure is gross, and net peptide content after counter-ion and residual water is typically 70–90% of it.
We sell nothing else. There are no consumables, no accessories and no bundles of vials with other items. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only, and the same line appears at the foot of every page on the site.
What we publish
- Certificates of analysis. Third-party reports from Janoshik and from ILS Laboratories for tested lots, each reproduced in full on its own page under the certificates index, with the laboratory’s verification key or access code printed so the report can be checked at the laboratory’s own site, and with photographs of the batch so a vial can be matched by cap colour and crimp colour. Not every lot has a published report; we say “published certificates for tested lots” and mean exactly that.
- A verification route. How to verify an ExoLabz certificate of analysis walks through confirming any report with the laboratory that issued it, field by field.
- Guarantee terms. The purity guarantee is written out in full: have any vial tested independently, and if it fails the specification on its certificate we refund the product and the testing fee when the unused material is returned with the laboratory report. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded if reported with photographs within 7 calendar days. Cancellation before dispatch is refunded in full less a 5% transaction fee.
- Shipping terms. The shipping policy gives dispatch timing, typical transit by region as a tracked domestic parcel, the $200 CAD free-shipping threshold and the plain-label packaging. Nothing crosses a border, so there is no customs, duty or brokerage.
- Prices and quantity tiers. Every price is shown in CAD on the product page. Quantity pricing applies automatically in the cart with no code, counting vials across the whole order: 2–5 vials 5% off, 6–7 vials 10%, 8–9 vials 15%, 10 or more 25%.
- Payment methods. The payment methods page covers Interac e-Transfer, credit card (processed in USD at the live rate, so the statement amount can differ by a few cents) and cryptocurrency. No method carries a discount or a surcharge.
- Customer reviews. A reviews page collects what customers have written. We do not summarise it with a number here; read it and weigh it yourself.
- Affiliate terms. The affiliate program has public terms: Give 10% / Get 10%, lifetime attribution, applications reviewed within 24 hours.
What we do not do
- We give no guidance on how any compound might be used, by email, by chat, on product pages or anywhere else. Questions of that kind receive the same answer: our products are research materials and we do not advise on their use.
- We make no claims about what any compound does outside a laboratory assay. Product pages describe the material chemically and say what a certificate for it shows.
- We sell no consumables of any kind, and no product is bundled with anything other than the vials it contains.
- We do not describe any published certificate as the lot shipping today. A certificate covers the lot photographed on its page, and new reports are uploaded as they arrive.
- We do not quote prices we have not set, and we do not write our own reviews.
How to check us
- Verify a certificate with the laboratory. Pick any report from the certificates index, take the verification key or access code printed on it to the laboratory’s own site, and compare the laboratory’s record with ours. The verify guide linked above gives the steps.
- Read the reviews page and the FAQ, and compare what they say with the policy pages; a vendor whose documents contradict each other is telling you something.
- Order a single vial and test it. Send it to any independent laboratory. If it falls short of the specification on its certificate, the guarantee refunds the product and the test. This is the one check that depends on nothing we say.
- Match the vial to the batch photographs. Our vials carry no printed lot number, so the cap colour and crimp colour against the photographs on the certificate page are how a vial is tied to a report. If the colours match no published report, the lot is untested as far as our site is concerned, and the guarantee is the backstop.
- Look at the footer. The legal entity location, the payment methods and the research-use line are there on every page.
How to contact us
Use the contact page or write to support@exolabz.ca. Include an order number if you have one. For a question about a certificate, include the address of the certificate page and a photograph of the vial’s cap and crimp; for a damaged or incorrect item, include photographs within the 7-day window. We answer what we can answer and say so when something is outside what we will discuss.
All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human or animal use.
Built for Canadian labs that check the data
Packed and handed to the carrier usually within one business day, then tracked across Canada, typically 1 to 4 business days outside the territories.
Independent laboratories run the HPLC and purity work. Certificates live on the certificates page and on selected product pages, and cap and crimp colour ties a vial to its document.
Test a vial yourself. If an independent laboratory reports a purity failure, the product is refunded and the cost of that test comes back with it.
Free over $200 CAD, with no clearance, duty or brokerage anywhere in the country, and quantity pricing applied in the cart.
Email and live chat reach someone who knows the catalogue, with replies in about an hour, day or night.
Encrypted payment in Canadian dollars, plain protective packaging, and parcels released only to the named purchaser.
