On this page
KLOW is the largest vial we sell by mass and the most complicated to characterise, because it holds four different peptides at three different mass levels. A certificate for a single peptide answers one question. A certificate for KLOW has to answer four, and most of this page is about making sure it does. The rest covers how KLOW differs from GLOW, what is actually in the vial, and ordering within Canada.
What is in a KLOW vial
Our KLOW 80 mg is co-lyophilised from four peptides:
- GHK-Cu, 50 mg: the copper complex of the tripeptide Gly-His-Lys, which is what gives the powder its blue colour. Peptide mass near 340 Da; the copper complex is heavier.
- BPC-157, 10 mg: the fifteen-residue peptide, mass near 1,419 Da.
- TB-500, 10 mg: the acetylated heptapeptide fragment of thymosin beta-4, mass near 889 Da.
- KPV, 10 mg: the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, mass near 342 Da.
The name is an acronym of the four components. Each of the first three is stocked on its own, with its own page: GHK-Cu Canada, BPC-157 Canada and TB-500 Canada.
KLOW against GLOW
GLOW is the same blend without KPV: GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg, totalling 70 mg. KLOW adds the 10 mg of KPV to reach 80 mg. If your work does not involve the KPV tripeptide, GLOW 70 mg is the same material with one fewer variable. If it does, KLOW saves a separate vial. Either way the copper peptide is the dominant component by mass, at 62.5% of KLOW and 71% of GLOW.
Four peaks, four masses
A reversed-phase chromatogram of KLOW should show four resolved peaks. GHK-Cu and KPV are small and polar and elute early; TB-500 elutes next; BPC-157, with its three prolines, is retained longest. A certificate that reports a single purity percentage for the whole vial, with no breakdown by component, has not characterised the product. What you want to see is each peak assigned by mass, roughly 340, 342, 889 and 1,419 Da, and ideally the content of each.
GHK-Cu and KPV are only 2 Da apart, so the mass trace alone will not separate them; retention time does, since the copper complex behaves very differently on the column from the free tripeptide. Our guide to purity and composition in multi-peptide vials goes through the full reading, and co-elution and what it hides covers the failure mode to watch for.
The copper question
The GHK-Cu in the blend is a 1:1 copper(II) complex, and copper is redox-active. In the dry powder this is of no consequence. In solution, copper can catalyse oxidation of the other three peptides, and the methionine-free sequences here are less vulnerable than some, but the effect is real over days at room temperature. Reconstituted KLOW should be used promptly or frozen in aliquots. The article on GHK-Cu copper binding explains the complex, and the blue colour of a correctly reconstituted solution is itself a quick check that the copper is still bound.
Storage and handling
Lyophilised KLOW is stable at minus 20 °C in a sealed vial and tolerates ambient transit. Reconstitute in water or dilute buffer; the blend dissolves readily and should give a clear blue solution. Aliquot after reconstitution, keep frozen, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw. Because the components adsorb to surfaces at different rates, a diluted working solution does not keep its original ratio indefinitely; prepare dilutions fresh.
Buying KLOW in Canada
KLOW is held in stock inside Canada and ships domestically, so there is no customs clearance, no duty and no brokerage fee. Dispatch is usually within one business day, with tracked Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx or UPS service chosen at checkout and transit of two to five days to most provinces. Tracked shipping is free on orders over $200, which a single KLOW vial does not quite reach on its own but any two-vial order does. GST or HST is charged at the delivery province’s rate.
Volume pricing is mix-and-match, so KLOW counts as one vial toward the break alongside anything else in the cart. Published certificates are on the certificates page, and the per-milligram price list shows what the blend costs against buying the components separately.
Research use only
KLOW from ExoLabz is a laboratory reference material for in vitro and analytical research. It is not a drug, not a cosmetic, and not for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing or administration information. The purity guarantee refunds the product and the cost of the test if an independent laboratory finds a vial below its stated purity.
Built for Canadian labs that check the data
Packed and handed to the carrier usually within one business day, then tracked across Canada, typically 1 to 4 business days outside the territories.
Independent laboratories run the HPLC and purity work. Certificates live on the certificates page and on selected product pages, and cap and crimp colour ties a vial to its document.
Test a vial yourself. If an independent laboratory reports a purity failure, the product is refunded and the cost of that test comes back with it.
Free over $200 CAD, with no clearance, duty or brokerage anywhere in the country, and quantity pricing applied in the cart.
Email and live chat reach someone who knows the catalogue, with replies in about an hour, day or night.
Encrypted payment in Canadian dollars, plain protective packaging, and parcels released only to the named purchaser.

It arrived as described. Packaging was professional looking and arrived in great condition
Yes everything was great. I appreciated the little plastic bottle holders also
Great product - I have purchased peptides from various different vendors and this seems to be the only one thats pure . Highly recommend
