CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are sold together so often that it is easy to forget they are two unrelated molecules acting at two different receptors. One is a 29-residue GHRH analog, the other a five-residue secretagogue, and the only thing they share is a vial. This page covers both compounds, what a blend certificate has to show that a single-compound certificate does not, and how to order either form within Canada.
Two peptides, two receptors
CJC-1295 without DAC is modified GRF(1-29): the first 29 residues of GHRH with four substitutions, D-Ala at position 2, Gln at 8, Ala at 15 and Leu at 27. Calculated mass is close to 3,368 Da. The “no DAC” qualifier matters: the DAC version carries a maleimidopropionyl linker that adds roughly 300 Da and changes the compound’s behaviour entirely. Everything we stock is the no-DAC form.
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, calculated mass close to 712 Da. It belongs to the growth hormone secretagogue family that acts at GHSR-1a, not at the GHRH receptor. Our article on ipamorelin and GHSR-1a selectivity covers the receptor pharmacology; GHRH analogs versus secretagogues covers why the two classes are studied together.
Blend or separate vials
We stock both forms, and the choice is about experimental control rather than price.
- CJC-1295 and ipamorelin blend 10 mg: 5 mg of each, blended before lyophilisation. One vial, one reconstitution, a fixed 1:1 mass ratio.
- CJC-1295 no DAC 5 mg on its own.
- Ipamorelin 5 mg and 10 mg on their own.
Separate vials let you set any molar ratio and run each compound as its own control. The blend is convenient where the ratio is fixed by the protocol. Note that 5 mg of each is not an equimolar mix: at 3,368 Da against 712 Da, 5 mg of ipamorelin is roughly 4.7 times as many molecules as 5 mg of CJC-1295.
What a blend certificate must show
A single-compound certificate reports one purity figure. A blend certificate has to report two identities and should report the content of each, because “purity” of a mixture is not a meaningful number on its own. On a blend chromatogram you expect two main peaks, well separated, since a 29-residue peptide and a pentapeptide elute at very different retention times on a reversed-phase gradient. Each peak should be confirmed by mass: about 3,368 Da and about 712 Da.
The figure to question is a blend report that gives a single percentage with no breakdown. Our guide to purity and composition in multi-peptide vials explains how to read one properly. Certificates for the blend from both Janoshik and ILS Laboratories are published on the certificates page.
Stability differences between the two
The two compounds age differently in solution. CJC-1295 carries a methionine at position 27 that oxidises, and asparagine residues that deamidate, so reconstituted solution should be used within days and kept cold. Ipamorelin has no methionine, no asparagine and two D-amino acids, and is considerably more robust. In a blended solution the CJC-1295 component is therefore the one that sets the shelf life. Lyophilised, both are stable at minus 20 °C in a sealed vial.
Buying CJC-1295 and ipamorelin in Canada
Stock is held inside Canada and every order ships domestically, so there is no customs declaration, no duty and no brokerage fee. Dispatch is usually within one business day; tracked Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx and UPS services are offered at checkout, and tracked shipping is free on orders over $200. Tax is GST or HST at the delivery province’s rate.
Volume pricing applies to the whole cart, so a blend vial plus singles of each component for controls all count toward the same break. The per-milligram price list shows the blend and the singles on one scale, and the bulk orders page covers larger quantities.
Research use only
CJC-1295 and ipamorelin from ExoLabz are laboratory reference materials for in vitro and analytical research. They are not drugs and not for human or veterinary use. We do not provide dosing or administration information. If an independent laboratory finds a vial below its stated purity, the purity guarantee refunds the product and the cost of the test.
Built for Canadian labs that check the data
Packed and handed to the carrier usually within one business day, then tracked across Canada, typically 1 to 4 business days outside the territories.
Independent laboratories run the HPLC and purity work. Certificates live on the certificates page and on selected product pages, and cap and crimp colour ties a vial to its document.
Test a vial yourself. If an independent laboratory reports a purity failure, the product is refunded and the cost of that test comes back with it.
Free over $200 CAD, with no clearance, duty or brokerage anywhere in the country, and quantity pricing applied in the cart.
Email and live chat reach someone who knows the catalogue, with replies in about an hour, day or night.
Encrypted payment in Canadian dollars, plain protective packaging, and parcels released only to the named purchaser.

Have tried other suppliers. Exolabz is hands down the best at communication and ease of ordering and tracking my order
Yes everything was great. I appreciated the little plastic bottle holders also
