ExoLabz – Terms & Conditions
1. Scope & Binding Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“Purchaser”) and ExoLabz. They govern all orders, purchases, and use of products and services offered on our website. By placing an order, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Authorized Use Only
Authorized Purposes: All products (peptides, reagents, biological agents, solvents) are sold exclusively for laboratory and scientific research (“Authorized Purposes”).
No Human or Veterinary Use: Purchaser agrees not to use, administer, or permit use of any products in humans or animals.
Expert Handling: Purchaser must be 21+, a qualified researcher (e.g., Laboratory Technologist or equivalent) and agree to handle and store products per industry-standard safety protocols and in full compliance with Canadian laws and institutional guidelines.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Acknowledgment
Purchaser is solely responsible for determining the legal status and permissible use of products in their jurisdiction.
Products may not be exported to countries where they are prohibited. Purchaser assumes all risks, liabilities and costs associated with import, handling, and use.
4. Purity Guarantee & Product Returns
Each product is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying purity and identity.
Purchaser may independently test purity. If results indicate product fails required specifications, ExoLabz will issue a full refund (including testing fees), provided unused product is returned with documentation.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt; replacements or refunds provided at our discretion.
5. Pricing, Payment & Shipping
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Accepted payment methods include e-Transfer, USDT, select cryptocurrencies and other methods displayed at checkout.
Free shipping applies to orders over $200 CAD.
Bulk order discounts available on request.
6. Limitation of Liability
ExoLabz disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Products are provided “as is.”
ExoLabz, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption—even if informed of the possibility of such damages.
ExoLabz’s total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the specific products involved.
7. Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ExoLabz and its affiliates from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis) arising out of:
purchaser’s misuse or unauthorized use of products,
non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations,
breach of these Terms,
damage caused to third parties or property.
8. Acknowledgment of Expertise & Risk
By placing an order, Purchaser affirms possession of sufficient academic or professional credentials to safely handle research-grade peptides and compounds. Purchaser acknowledges that research products may have untested hazards and assumes all associated risk.
9. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
All content on the ExoLabz website—including trademarks, images, and proprietary text—is owned by ExoLabz or its licensors.
Purchaser may not reproduce, distribute, or use content for commercial ends without express written consent.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed, with the remainder of the Terms remaining in force.
11. Changes to Terms
ExoLabz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Relevant updates will be published on our website or communicated by email. Continued use of the site or products implies acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Privacy & Affiliate Disclosures
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (PIPEDA-compliant).
Any affiliate relationships or sponsored links must be disclosed transparently, as per Canadian advertising standards.
13. Waiver & Full Agreement
No waiver of any provision or breach shall be effective unless in writing and signed by ExoLabz.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between Purchaser and ExoLabz, superseding all prior communications.
