Wholesale and Institutional Orders in Canada

Orders of more than ten vials are quoted individually rather than priced by the cart. This page explains who those quotes are for, what we need from you to prepare one, what a wholesale order from us includes, and the orders we turn away. The form at the bottom of the page is the route to a quote.

Where the cart stops and a quote begins

Quantity pricing is automatic up to and including the 25% tier at ten or more vials, counted across the whole cart; the bulk orders page covers that tier and the two stocked GLP-3 10-packs. Beyond ten vials of a compound, or for a mixed order that needs the same lot throughout, we quote. A quote is a per-vial price in Canadian dollars for a stated quantity, a stated lot where we can commit to one, and a dispatch date, and it stands for the period written on it.

Who this page is for

• Institutions: universities, colleges, hospitals’ research arms and public laboratories purchasing through a department or a procurement office.
• Laboratories: private analytical, contract-research and testing laboratories with a Canadian delivery address.
• Resellers who serve laboratories: distributors that supply the groups above and can show that their customers are laboratories.
• Researchers ordering for a study: an individual placing an order on behalf of a named project at a named organisation, with delivery to that organisation.

Each quote is tied to the entity on the form. We do not transfer a quote to a different company or a residential address.

What we ask on the form

1. The entity or institution name as it should appear on the invoice.
2. A short statement of intended research use: the kind of work, in a sentence or two, that the material is for. We are not asking for methods or a study design.
3. The delivery address of the entity. We ship only to Canadian addresses, and a quote is only issued for delivery to the entity named on the form.
4. Estimated monthly quantity, in vials, even if your first order is a one-off; it tells us whether to hold a lot for you.
5. The compounds and sizes you need, using the names on the catalogue.

Incomplete forms are returned with a request for the missing item rather than declined, unless an answer places the order in the declined list below.

What we offer

• A per-vial quote in CAD, with the quantity, lot and dispatch date written on it.
• One lot per line where possible. Where a quantity exceeds what a single lot can supply, we say so on the quote and state how many lots the line will draw on; see what a lot number means for why that matters to a study.
• Consistent material: the lot named on the quote, identified by cap and crimp colour in the same way as retail stock, with any published certificate for that lot linked.
• A dispatch date on the quote, with tracked domestic shipping from inside Canada in plain-label packaging; the regional transit estimates on the shipping policy apply from that date.
• Payment by Interac e-Transfer, credit card (processed in USD at the live rate) or cryptocurrency, as on the payment methods page. NET terms may be offered to institutions after a first paid order, at our discretion and in writing.
• The same purity guarantee as retail orders: have any vial tested independently, and if it fails the specification on its certificate we refund the product and the testing fee.

What we decline

• Orders that indicate personal use, including a delivery address that is a residence rather than the entity’s premises, or a use statement that describes anything other than laboratory work.
• Orders that ask how a material should be used, in what amount or on what schedule. We supply research materials and certificates; we do not advise on use.
• Consumables of any kind, and requests to bundle our materials with them.
• Requests to ship outside Canada, or to a freight forwarder.

A declined request is not a judgement on the requester; it means the order does not fit the terms on which we sell. We do not reconsider a declined request on the same facts.

Refer a lab

If you know a laboratory that would place a qualifying first order with us, ask it to name you in the “Referred by” field of the form below. When the lab you refer places its first qualified order, both laboratories earn store credit; we state the amount in the quote reply. A referral is counted only when the referred lab names you on its own form, and only once per lab.

After you submit

We read every form and reply by email from support@exolabz.ca. Where the request fits, the reply is the quote itself; where we need one more detail, we ask once. Please do not pay before you have a quote with a dispatch date on it, and if you pay by Interac e-Transfer use the order number as the security question, as the payment methods page describes. Questions that are not quote requests go through the contact page.
