ExoLabz is a Canadian supplier of research peptides and related compounds, shipping domestically to laboratories, universities and independent researchers in every province and territory. Certificates of analysis are published on this site for each compound, and orders over $200 ship free within Canada.

Everything in the catalogue is supplied for laboratory research use only. Nothing is sold for human or veterinary use.

This page covers where and how we ship. For the catalogue and company overview, start at ExoLabz research peptides Canada.

Why source domestically

The practical case for a Canadian supplier is not patriotic, it is logistical. An order shipped from outside Canada clears customs, and customs is the single least predictable step in the chain. Delay there is time the parcel spends at an uncontrolled temperature, and it is time you cannot plan an experiment around.

Lyophilised peptides tolerate transit far better than solutions, which is why they ship as powder rather than reconstituted. But tolerance is not indifference — a parcel held for a week in a warm facility is not equivalent to one that moved in three days. Domestic shipping removes that variable.

The catalogue by compound class

Products are organised by class rather than by application, so you can start from the mechanism you are studying:

The complete listing is on the shop page.

Where we ship

We deliver to every province and territory. Provincial pages cover local shipping and the main research centres in each:

Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $200. Orders to the United States ship at a flat rate.

Certificates of analysis

Certificates of analysis are published on this website rather than shipped inside the box. Vials are matched to their certificate by cap and crimp colour, checked against the photographs on the certificate — the vials do not carry printed batch numbers.

Our certificates report third-party testing by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry where applicable, and state which methods were applied to a given batch. Purity and identity are separate questions: a chromatographic purity figure tells you the material is homogeneous, while a mass spectrum is what establishes that the main peak is the intended sequence.

Before comparing suppliers on a purity percentage, it is worth understanding that the figure is method-dependent — detection wavelength, gradient and integration choices all move it. See how to read a certificate of analysis and why two certificates can disagree.

Regulatory position

These are research chemicals supplied for laboratory use. They are not approved drugs in Canada, they are not sold for administration to people or animals, and no therapeutic claim is made for any of them anywhere on this site. Researchers ordering into an institutional setting should confirm their own institution’s procurement and handling requirements. Our note on the regulatory status of research peptides in Canada covers the framework in more detail.

Bulk and repeat ordering

Several lines are available in larger quantities and in 10-packs, which is generally the sensible route for a study running over months rather than weeks. Two things are worth working out before placing a bulk order.

A vial’s milligram figure is gross peptide weight, not net peptide content — counter-ions and residual water account for a real share of the mass, so calculating molarity from the nominal figure overestimates concentration. See net peptide content explained and TFA and acetate counter-ions.

For blends, the stated total covers all components together: an 80mg blend is not 80mg of each constituent. The KLOW breakdown shows what that means in practice.

Handling on arrival

Store lyophilised peptides refrigerated at 2–8 °C, and allow a sealed vial to reach room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before opening it — a cold vial sits below the dew point of room air, so opening it condenses moisture straight onto the powder. Reconstituted solutions are far less stable than powder: refrigerate them, keep them briefly, and prepare fresh where the experiment allows.

Detailed guidance: checking a shipment on arrival, storage and stability, choosing a reconstitution solvent and aliquoting reconstituted peptides.

Comparing suppliers

If you are evaluating options, the documentation is the thing to compare, not the marketing. Ask whether certificates are published or merely promised, whether they state the analytical method and not just a percentage, whether identity is confirmed by mass, and how a vial in your hand is tied to the certificate that describes it. Our note on choosing a research peptide supplier in Canada sets out what to look for, and the peptide glossary covers the terminology.
