Description

CJC-1295 (NO DAC) & Ipamorelin Blend 10mg: Research-Grade Peptide for Laboratory Studies

The CJC-1295 (NO DAC) & Ipamorelin Blend 10mg is a high-purity, research-grade peptide combination designed exclusively for controlled laboratory studies of the somatotropic axis and growth hormone regulation. This product is intended strictly for scientific research and is not approved for human consumption, clinical use, or veterinary applications.

Vial contents. This vial holds both compounds together, blended before lyophilisation. If you need either on its own, CJC-1295 without DAC and Ipamorelin are stocked separately.

What is CJC-1295 (NO DAC)?

CJC-1295 (NO DAC) is a synthetic analog of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It is a shorter-acting variant of CJC-1295 without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), allowing researchers to study growth hormone dynamics with more precise temporal control.

  • GHRH-Receptor Activity: Characterised at the GHRH receptor in laboratory models.

  • Shorter Half-Life: Suited to controlled experiments focused on acute peptide activity and growth hormone modulation.

What is Ipamorelin?

Ipamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone secretagogue characterised in experimental models as selective for the GHS-R1a receptor relative to other endocrine pathways.

  • Selective GH Stimulation: Used in research to study growth hormone pathways without significantly altering other hormones.

  • Laboratory Applications: Suitable for in vitro, ex vivo, or other controlled experimental models focused on GH secretion dynamics.

Key Research Applications of CJC-1295 (NO DAC) & Ipamorelin Blend

  • Growth Hormone Pathway Research: Designed for studies investigating GH release mechanisms in laboratory settings.

  • Somatotropic Axis Models: Enables exploration of GHRH and GH secretagogue interactions under controlled experimental conditions.

  • Controlled Experimental Protocols: Supports both single-dose and multi-dose laboratory studies.

  • Peptide Dynamics: Facilitates research into short-term and repeated peptide effects on GH secretion in models.

Why Choose CJC-1295 (NO DAC) & Ipamorelin Blend 10mg?

This 10mg research peptide blend is manufactured under strict laboratory-grade quality standards to ensure consistency and reproducibility for scientific experiments.

  • High-Purity Formulation: Ensures reliability for all research protocols.

  • Flexible Laboratory Use: Suitable for a variety of experimental designs in growth hormone regulation studies.

  • Controlled Research Applications: Not intended for human or veterinary use.

Quality Assurance & Purity Testing Guarantee

We provide a purity testing guarantee for all batches of CJC-1295 (NO DAC) & Ipamorelin Blend 10mg. Researchers are encouraged to verify the peptide’s purity via third-party accredited laboratories. If results indicate deviations from stated purity, a full refund and reimbursement of testing costs will be provided.

Analytical note — CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29). This is the version without the drug-affinity complex. CJC-1295 with DAC is a different molecule, C165H269N47O46 at about 3,647 g/mol, CAS 446262-90-4 – a difference of roughly 280 Da. The two are the most commonly confused pair in this category, and the mass on the certificate is what separates them.

Analytical note — Ipamorelin. Three of the five residues are non-standard: alpha-aminoisobutyric acid, D-2-naphthylalanine and D-phenylalanine. Amino-acid analysis after hydrolysis cannot distinguish D from L, so composition analysis alone does not confirm this sequence; identity rests on mass and on the synthesis route.

Identity references The molecular formula, molecular mass and CAS registry number above are taken from the PubChem record linked in the table, not from a supplier datasheet, so every figure can be checked against an independent source in one click. Sequences are given as reported in the peptide literature, in the one-letter or three-letter convention as appropriate, with any non-standard residue named in full. Where a compound exists in more than one form — a free peptide and a metal complex, a fragment and its parent protein, a modified and an unmodified analog — the form supplied is the one identified here, and the mass on the certificate of analysis is what distinguishes it.
