How ILS arrived at these numbers
According to the notes printed on the certificate, purity was determined by RP-HPLC area normalisation at 214 nm, counting the target peptides against all peptide-related peaks; non-peptide process impurities, if present, are excluded from that calculation. ILS also states that purity values are capped at 99.9% to reflect the instrument’s limit of detection, so the reported 99.90% is the ceiling of the method rather than a claim of zero impurities.
Identity was confirmed by comparing chromatographic retention times with a reference standard. That is a different technique from mass spectrometry: it shows each peak eluting where the reference does, but it does not report a measured molecular mass.
The per-component amounts (5.20 mg CJC-1295, 5.41 mg ipamorelin) were calculated from the 10.61 mg total using the formulation ratio supplied by the submitter, so they are derived rather than separately measured. For directly measured component amounts, compare Janoshik task #93147.

A fentanyl immunoassay screen (50 ng/mL cutoff) returned “Not Detected”. No sterility or endotoxin testing is reported. ILS notes that sample identifications and lot numbers are provided by the submitting party and are not independently verified, and that results apply only to the sample tested.
