We accept several payment methods, and each moves through checkout slightly differently. This page explains what to expect after you place an order so you know whether something has gone through.
Accepted methods
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. We accept Interac e-Transfer, credit card, and USDT and selected other cryptocurrencies. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
What happens after you order
Interac e-Transfer
You are taken to a confirmation page and the order is placed on hold. Send the transfer using the details shown. Once we receive and accept it, we move the order to processing and it is prepared for shipping. Because acceptance is manual, there is a short gap between your sending the transfer and the status changing — that gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Credit card
You are redirected to a secure payment form and then back to the site. Once payment completes, the order moves to processing automatically.
Cryptocurrency
You are taken to a confirmation page showing the wallet address to send to. Once the payment is confirmed on our side, we move the order from pending payment to processing. As with e-Transfer this step is manual, so allow for a short delay before the status updates.
Shipping
Canadian orders over $200 ship free. Orders to the United States ship at a flat rate. Everything ships from within Canada, so domestic orders do not pass through customs — see where we ship.
If something looks wrong
If an order sits in “on hold” or “pending payment” longer than you would expect, contact us with the order number rather than placing a second order. Duplicate orders are the most common avoidable problem at this stage.
