1. Overview

At ExoLabz, we are committed to providing only the highest-purity research peptides and compounds. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes in accordance with Health Canada guidelines. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued. By purchasing from ExoLabz, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2. General Refund & Return Eligibility

We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged in transit

  • The item is faulty, defective, or incorrect

  • The product does not meet its listed purity specification as verified by an independent third-party laboratory

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, unauthorized use, or opened/used products. We also do not provide refunds for pre-order items.


3. Purity Guarantee & Third-Party Testing

Every product shipped by ExoLabz has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) previously completed validating that it meets or exceeds purity standards (typically ≥98% unless otherwise specified).

If you choose to verify the product’s purity independently:

  • We will reimburse you for the cost of third-party purity testing

  • You must provide an official lab report from an accredited testing facility showing the product does not meet the COA claim

  • If confirmed, we will issue a 100% refund including your lab testing fee and shipping cost (for unused product return)

To be eligible, the product must remain unopened and unaltered. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that are not properly substantiated.


4. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Notify us via email within 7 calendar days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photo/video proof

  • Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A full replacement at no additional cost, or

    • A full refund, including return shipping if applicable

Returned items must be in original packaging and unopened. Please note, if a return is authorized, it will strictly be paid out with crypto currency.


5. Refunds for Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Before fulfillment: full refund minus 5% transaction fee.

6. Bulk Orders & Custom Compounds

Due to the nature of research compounds:

  • Bulk orders and custom-manufactured peptides are final sale unless product is proven defective or fails purity

  • Testing, shipping, and regulatory verification may be required before refund approval.


7. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the CAD equivalent rate at the time of refund

  • Allow 5–7 business days for refund processing

  • You’ll be notified by email once your refund is issued


8. Return Shipping Instructions

If a return is authorized:

  • Use tracked, insured shipping where possible

  • Package the item securely in its original container

  • We will provide a return address and instructions upon approval

  • Return shipping is covered by us only if the product is faulty or mislabeled


9. Liability & Limitations

  • ExoLabz’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, research delays, or experimental outcomes

  • Products are sold for laboratory research only and not for human or veterinary use

By purchasing, you agree to hold ExoLabz harmless from any misuse, misapplication, or unauthorized experimentation.


10. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Canada, specifically the Province of British Columbia, and is intended to comply with all relevant consumer protection and privacy legislation, including but not limited to:

  • PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act)

  • Competition Act (Canada)

  • Electronic Commerce Protection Regulations (CASL)

Any disputes arising from purchases or returns shall be subject to binding arbitration or legal recourse within Canadian jurisdiction only.


11. How to Start a Return or Refund Request

To begin a return or refund process:
