An analyst’s reading
Two numbers carry this report. The first is quantity: the laboratory measured 10.84 mg in a vial declared at 10 mg, roughly 8% over label. When a stock solution is being prepared, an over-label vial is the safer direction of error, but the measured figure is the one to use in the arithmetic. The second is purity, reported at 99.165%, inside the 99%+ range we specify.
The results row is labelled “TB-500 (TB4)”, which is simply how Janoshik names the analyte. If the distinction between full-length thymosin beta-4 and the shorter TB-500 fragment matters to your design, our note on thymosin beta-4 versus the TB-500 fragment sets out both sequences.
Limits of this document
The report does not print its analytical method, gradient or detection wavelength, so its purity figure cannot be compared line for line with a certificate from another laboratory. It records no sterility, endotoxin, residual solvent or counter-ion testing, and none should be assumed. The batch field reads “Unknown”: the sample description points to photographs taken on receipt rather than to a lot code.
Matching a vial to task #93627
Our vials carry no printed batch number. A certificate is tied to its vials by cap and crimp colour instead. If the colours on a vial in your hands do not correspond to a published report, email us before you begin and we will confirm which lot it belongs to.
