Where to Buy CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin in Canada

CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are usually bought together, and in Canada they can be bought three ways: as separate vials, or as a single blended vial. This guide is for researchers deciding between those options from a domestic supplier. It describes the two peptides structurally, sets out what a certificate for each and for the blend must report, prices all four vials per milligram in CAD, and compares a Canadian tracked parcel with an import. Two peptides, three vials

CJC-1295 without DAC is modified GRF(1-29): the first 29 residues of GHRH with four substitutions, D-Ala at position 2, Gln at 8, Ala at 15 and Leu at 27, and a calculated mass close to 3,368 Da. The DAC version carries a maleimidopropionyl linker that adds roughly 300 Da and changes the compound entirely; everything we stock is the no-DAC form, and our article on the DAC vs no-DAC difference explains how to tell the two apart on a certificate. Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide, Aib-His-D-2-Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, with a calculated mass close to 712 Da; it has no methionine, no asparagine and two D-amino acids. We supply CJC-1295 (No DAC) as a 5 mg vial, ipamorelin as 5 mg and 10 mg vials, and the two together as a 10 mg blend containing 5 mg of each, blended before lyophilisation. Note that 5 mg of each is not an equimolar mix: at those masses there are roughly 4.7 times as many ipamorelin molecules as CJC-1295 molecules. What the certificates should show

For a single-peptide vial the requirements are the usual ones: a named laboratory, a method section, purity as an HPLC area percentage at a stated wavelength, identity by mass spectrometry with an observed mass close to the calculated 3,368 Da or 712 Da, and batch photographs so the vial can be matched to the report. Net content is separate from purity; label milligrams are gross, and net peptide content is typically 70–90% of label after counter-ion (usually TFA) and residual water are removed from the figure. The blend is where reports go wrong. A blend certificate has to report two identities and should report the content of each. The chromatogram should show two main peaks, well separated, and each peak should be confirmed by mass, one near 3,368 Da and one near 712 Da. A blend report that gives a single purity percentage with no breakdown has not told you how much of either peptide is present. Price per milligram in CAD for all four vials

Buying the two 5 mg singles separately comes to $139.98 for the same 10 mg of combined label mass that the blend lists at $79.99, so the blend is the lower cost per milligram, at the price of a fixed 1:1 mass ratio you cannot adjust. Buying inside Canada rather than importing

On arrival

All four vials are lyophilised and stable over normal transit, so they ship at ambient temperature rather than cold-chain. Store the sealed vials at 2–8 °C, dark and dry, from the day they arrive, and let each one reach room temperature before it is opened for the first time so that moisture does not condense on the powder. 2. Does a blend certificate report two peaks and two masses, with the content of each, instead of one undivided percentage?
3. Is the laboratory named, and is the report a third-party document with a method section?
4. Can the vial be matched to its report, by printed lot number or by batch photographs showing cap and crimp colours?
